I've been interested in gems and minerals since I was a child.
I started cutting stones and making jewelry when I was 9 years old and
continued making jewelry through high school. In college,
I studied geology and earned a Master's degree in Geology. When I
graduated from college , I began creating unique bead designs for
myself.
My friends would ask me "Where did you get that necklace? Can you
make one for me?" So ---- I've been creating fine, uniquely
designed
bead jewelry for over 25 years and have many happy
customers.
I enjoy the look, history and feel of real stone beads. And the
best thing is that
the value of stone beads have remained fairly constant over
the years, some have increased in value.
Designs and styles change, but you can always redesign your jewelry to
create a new style. So, you can't lose and will have the fun of
restringing an old piece! You will see new pieces designed by my
daughter and beading friends on the webpage. They have done a great job
with the new designs.
